1. THE CLUB PIERRE CHARRON


The Club Pierre Charron is the first establishment of the Marval Group, a French group convinced that the emotion of live gaming needs to be reinvented.


Created by a gambler for gamblers, Club Pierre Charron opened in July 2020, a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées.

With "the beautiful game" as its golden rule, the Club has established itself as the benchmark for gambling in Paris, offering players of all levels 25 tables equipped with the latest technology and divided between Poker (Cash Game) and Grand Games (Blackjack, Ultimate Poker with Progressive Jackpot, Punto Banco, 3 Card Poker and Stud "Caribbean" Poker).


Designed as a place to live, Club Pierre Charron also offers its guests a bar, an elegant restaurant with a gourmet menu and a cosy smoking room with a cigar cellar.


2. THE POST OFFICE


To embody its values and support its rapid expansion, Club Pierre Charron is looking for a variety of profiles. It's your personality, your quest for excellence and your friendly approach to service, both towards customers and your colleagues, that will make the difference on a daily basis, and you'll grow within a fast-developing group.

- You will run the game and help to ensure that the technical aspects run smoothly.

- You will ensure compliance with the regulations in force and the establishment's internal procedures.

- Your behaviour will contribute to the commercial development of the club and to building customer loyalty.

- Organised by nature, you will have at least one year's experience as a croupier in a gaming establishment.
- You will be highly dexterous and have a good grasp of mental arithmetic.

- You have excellent customer relations skills and your quality of service is one of your strong points.

You will be responsible for :

The success of the game


  • Opening and closing the gaming table
  • Carry out changeovers
  • Comply with internal procedures
  • Ensure that games are clear, regular and honest
  • Technically manage the game in accordance with the rules in force
  • Closely observe the game and the behaviour of the players in order to detect any attempts at cheating.


Regulation and control


  • Control of the regularity and sincerity of games
  • Applying the regulations in force
  • Inform the head of operations and transactions that require it
  • Report all customer disputes to the manager
  • Detecting and combating money laundering
  • Detecting and protecting unhealthy gambling behaviour


Customer relations


  • Welcoming customers
  • Facilitating the integration of new players
  • Helping customers understand the rules and make their play
  • Giving and maintaining a pleasant pace of play
  • Adapting animation to table requirements



As the establishment is open 7 days a week and 365 days a year, your schedule will include night work as well as work at weekends and on public holidays.

Job requirements

IMPORTANT :


To join our teams in this role, you will need to hold a Gaming Club Employee Licence issued by the Home Office. This requires you to :


- membership of a European Union country

- no criminal record

- proof of registration on the electoral roll


If you do not already have this authorisation, the Pierre Charron Club will forward your file to the relevant authorities.


After joining the company, you will follow two training courses run by approved organisations :

- Gambling addiction

- Money laundering and terrorist financing
